This November, we proudly celebrate the incredible achievements of Cohort 4 of our Team Psychological Safety (TPS) practitioners. These dedicated individuals have completed their certification journey, equipping themselves with the tools and insights needed to foster environments where teams thrive through open communication, inclusivity, and mutual support for learning and growth.
As part of their certification, all participants launched TPS assessments within their organizations, helping teams reflect, grow, and develop their collaboration. We look forward to sharing more about the impact of these initiatives in the months ahead.
Their accomplishment comes at an exciting time, closely aligned with the recent Psych Safety Day 2024, themed "Within, Between, Among." This global event, led by thought leaders like Amy Edmondson, explored the layers of psychological safety—from individual self-awareness to team dynamics and organization-wide culture. A key focus of the event was on culture and diversity, critical factors that shape how psychological safety is understood and enacted in teams. For an overview of the event’s discussions and insights, visit the Psych Safety Day 2024 website.
This connection underscores the importance of integrating cultural awareness into our work. The Cultural Impact Scan (CIS) continues to be an invaluable framework for bridging cultural differences, empowering teams with the vocabulary and understanding to navigate diverse perspectives effectively.
As we honor the Cohort 4 practitioners, we also celebrate their ability to act as cultural bridges, promoting inclusivity in ways that align seamlessly with the principles highlighted during Psych Safety Day. For additional insights into the importance of psychological safety in the workplace, we recommend exploring the American Psychological Association’sreport, which delves into its relevance in diverse and hybrid work environments.
Congratulations, Cohort 4! Your journey inspires us to continue building bridges across differences and fostering the environments teams need to succeed
