Ana Maria Maia Gonçalves


Ana has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams as a coach, consultant, facilitator, speaker and negotiation consultant. She draws from 20 years of experience as an IT industry executive, as an executive coach and facilitator and also as a conflict resolution expert and trainer. At Microsoft, she led a team of more than 150 customer support professionals before launching successfully a highly strategic Regional Support Center in Europe. Ana has strong intercultural skills; she has lived, worked and traveled in many countries and in several continents and she recognizes and adapts easily to a wide range of different demands and settings. Thanks to her experience and her driven attitude, she is in a unique position to support the development of global leaders. She is trilingual English, Portuguese and French.

Areas of emphasis include consulting and coaching services to corporate clients in USA, Europe and Australasia. Her practice areas include executive coaching, leadership development, 360 feedback and cross-functional team effectiveness.
